Our Summer Staff

All of our staff undergo extensive background checks, a week-long training program, and have stellar references. Staff are taught the behavioral skills of positive discipline and CPR/First Aid, as well as the importance of providing camper independence and social skills while also building their self esteem. Staff learn how building positive relationships between their campers and with staff benefits all. We have a 1:3 staff to camper ratio to ensure all of our campers needs can be met throughout the day.

Program Staff consist of college students and professionals who specialize in their specific program area - music, theater, art, science/ nature, and physical education.

Counselors are high school graduates, college students, or professionals focusing on careers in psychology, social work, special education, or occupational/ physical/ speech therapy.

Credentialed Staff RNs, chefs, directors, assistant directors, and behaviorists hold appropriate licenses, professional development, and work experience to lead our college-aged staff and work with our camper
population.
